Employees are reminded that the vehicle in their custody is a valuable company asset which must treated with proper care.
The IBL Vehicle Policy is meant to ensure this is the case. Misuse of company vehicles can lead to disciplinary sanctions against the responsible person(s). Latter may be called to appear before a disciplinary committee to determine responsibility.
Management of the company vehicle fleet is entrusted to Transport Services which will, as appropriate, issue requirements and guidelines and monitor the IBL Vehicle Policy.
